Where It Began - Our Story
Karishmaa Care Foundation was initiated by Neelam Tuteja, driven by compassion and a deep commitment to grassroots social work. The organization began with the vision of “Creating Magic with Compassion” by personally connecting with communities and addressing real challenges faced by farmers, women, and children.
Since its establishment, the foundation has worked across multiple regions, organizing rural outreach programs, health and hygiene camps, food distribution initiatives, menstrual hygiene awareness campaigns, women and child welfare programs, and community development activities.
Our Marketplace Initiative
As part of our commitment to empowerment and self-reliance, Karishmaa Care Foundation has created an online platform to support small businesses, home-based entrepreneurs, women-led initiatives, and local service providers.

1. Rural Girl Child
Sponsor Rural Girl Child initiative in Maharashtra.
2. Support in Agriculture
Empowering farmers of Marathwada.
- Seed donation to the farmers

3. Education
Support to the Children of Farmers.

4. Drought Relief
Food Grains and Water Tank Donation in 200 drought-affected villages of Marathwada.
5. Women Empowerment
Empowering Rural Women of Marathwada financially and morally under our project Kshakti.
- Financial support to the widows of Marathwada who committed suicide during the drought
- Food and clothes donation with the support of Tehsildar
- New clothes distribution to the Women
- Counselling sessions in Rural and urban areas
- Income generation activities (Project Kshakti)
- Various fundraising activities (e.g., KCF Pradarshinii and PPWI awards)
6. Health Camps
Cancer detection camps, general health checkup camps, and diabetes camps in Sholapur villages, Navalli village (Karnataka), and slums of Pune.
7. Sangli Flood Support
Supported with grains, cheques, and household items by personally visiting Sangli alongside government authorities.
8. Sanitary Pads
Karishmaa Care Sanitary Pads distribution and menstrual hygiene awareness.
9. Winter Donations
Distribution of winter wear and blankets to those in need.
10. Anganwadi/KCF Centre
Located in Pune (Donations, counseling, and health camps for women and children).
11. Pandemic Relief

Neelam Tuteja
Founder & Managing TrusteeFounder of NGO Karishmaa Care Foundation, bold and beautiful Neelam Tuteja is an entrepreneur, holistic healer, and certified yogi with her roots from the foothills of the Himalayas in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. She completed her BSc MCM from Pune University, Maharashtra, India. Driven by her passion to serve, and with a deep desire to bring change and add smiles to the lives of the less privileged, she started KCF in 2015 and has since touched the hearts and lives of many farmers, women, and children by personally connecting with and counselling them in rural areas and urban slums.

Fill the Online Form
Provide accurate personal details, business information, and upload all necessary compliance documents and product photos.
Submit for Review
Double-check your information. The team will review your application and confirm your approval.
